In response to the Coronavirus pandamamic the staff at The Health Center at Bloomigdale created a viral video to remind everybody how important it is to wash your hands. Check it out here and please remember to wash your hands! 

The Health Center at Bloomingdale is excited to announce that we have achived a 5 Star rating from the The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS uses a five-star quality rating system to measure the experiences Medicare patients have with a Healthcare provider. Healthcare providers are rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the highest. We are proud of all the hard work that our team puts in and look forward to continually serving our patients with 5 STAR quality!
